Sakshi’s Construction Division, headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, brings over 39 years of local and national construction experience; with a reputation for delivering large and unique design-build projects ahead of schedule and on budget. Our company has served clients and building owners for over three decades. In that time, we have found that the key to every project’s success is understanding the Owner’s needs and expectations and then exceeding those expectations within the timeline. We deliver projects on time peeling off buffer period using Lean Performance Management and V Models which gives traceability in every stages.

Our Story

Sakshi’s Construction Division formed as a General Contractor initially in the year 1981 by businessman Mr. George Kutty Paul Padath. Later on during year 2000, sakshi entered into full fledged construction division mainly focus on corporate project’s including full green field solutions in line with family tradition by maintaining its outstanding reputation with an uncompromising commitment to quality and safety. With a strong reputation as an industry leader in Design-Build construction, Sakshi Construction’s provides excellence in a full spectrum of Pre-construction, Program Management, Design Development, Interior Design Management, Safety Inspection, Centralised Air-conditioning, Full Electrical Requirements and Quality Control Services.

The Company has retained an enduring core of executive management headed by Mr. Amal George Padath, an Industrial Engineer by profession from Anna University with over 14+ years of project experience from some of the major European, German and US MNC’s with a vibrant team of value-driven professionals for over three decades. Over thirty (30) employees have worked at the company for over 14 years and nearly half of the 116+ employees have worked at Sakshi Construction for more than 10 years. This type of mutual commitment is virtually unparalleled in the industry. Considering the project requirements, We own a separate division of Blue Metal Manufacturing and Crusher unit located in Tamil Nadu sprawled in 40 Acres from where all our construction essentials are made internally and shipped.
